MANHATTAN
*** A fight among five people on a rush-hour subway train in Washington Heights left three teenagers with stab wounds, police said.
The incident began at 8:50 a.m. on a southbound No. 1 train at the 157th Street station when a shouting match erupted among three teens, ages 16 to 18, and two men.
The men drew knives and stabbed the youths.
The teens were taken to Harlem Hospital, where two were treated and released and a third was in stable condition.
*** Police yesterday identified the teen who was shot to death during an argument in Harlem on Sunday.
Derrick Evans, 17, died at North General Hospital shortly after he and a 19-year-old pal were gunned down on the corner of West 119th Street and Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard at 8:30 p.m.
Two groups of youths were fighting before the shots rang out. Evans was hit in the stomach and his friend in the arms and legs.
The friend was in stable condition at St. Luke’s Hospital.
THE BRONX
*** The death of the man who fell off a Highbridge building and died while running from police has been declared an accident, a spokeswoman for the Medical Examiner’s Office said yesterday.
Jack Walker, 27, plunged to his death when he misjudged the 6-foot gap between 1386 and 1390 Ogden Ave. while jumping from rooftop to rooftop Sunday afternoon, police said.
According to authorities, Walker led cops on the chase after narcotics detectives caught him selling drugs to an unidentified woman in front of 1372 Ogden Ave.
Walker ran into 1372 Ogden Ave. and jumped across three rooftop gaps until he got to 1386, the site of his fatal leap.
Walker’s accidental death was due to “multiple blunt impact injuries of the head, torso and extremities,” according to Ellen Borakove, a spokeswoman for the medical examiner.
QUEENS
*** A young man was stabbed after getting into a shouting match on a Glendale street, police sources said yesterday.
The victim, 19, whose name was not released, was stabbed four times by the 20-year-old suspect in front of 74-24 64th Lane at 4:40 a.m. Sunday, sources said.
The wounded man was rushed to Jamaica Hospital, where he was in stable condition. His assailant fled.
*** Two thugs who tried to skip out on paying a livery fare in Long Island City stabbed and slashed the driver when he tried to get his money, police sources said yesterday.
The 36-year-old livery driver picked up his two attackers on Jamaica Avenue at around 5:45 a.m. Sunday, the sources said.
They asked to be driven to the Queensbridge housing projects, and when they got there, jumped out and ran.
The furious cabby quickly followed suit, but was stabbed and slashed when he caught up with the thugs in front of 40-15 10th St., sources said.
The bloodied driver was rushed to Elmhurst Hospital, where he was in stable condition.
BROOKLYN
*** Police are looking for this man (above) in connection with a home invasion in Brownsville last month.
Devere Seabrook, 28, allegedly tried to rob a fourth-floor apartment at 672 Ralph Ave. on the morning of Aug. 4.
Once inside the home, Seabrook shot a 21-year- old man and stabbed a 42-year-old woman, cops said. Neither victim suffered life-threatening injuries.
*** A 28-year-old man was arrested for menacing, threatening and abusing his girlfriend in Flatbush, police sources said yesterday.
Mosiah Morgan allegedly victimized his 29-year-old girlfriend outside her Hawthorne Street home twice this month, beginning on Sept. 5, the sources said.
The woman came home and found Morgan filling up little bags of pot on her bedroom floor, the sources said.
She forced him out, only to find him waiting for her at the corner of Hawthorne Street and Flatbush Avenue – where he allegedly punched her in the face and chased her with a knife.
Two days later, on Sept. 7, Morgan went back to his girlfriend’s home, where he screamed at her and shoved her before he angrily twisted one of her hands to the point of breaking two fingers, the sources said.
The woman called police, as she did the first time Morgan allegedly terrorized her. He was nabbed at around 6:30 p.m. Sunday and is charged with assault, menacing, harassment and weapons possession.
STATEN ISLAND
*** Four men were arrested for stealing a car in New Brighton, law-enforcement sources said yesterday.
Kameek Sears, 19, Akeem Webster, 20, and Grant Fleming and Anthony Pardon, both 17, allegedly stole the 2003 Saturn at around 10:30 p.m. Sunday night, the sources said.
All four are charged with grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
*** A 35-year-old man has been busted for threatening to kill his girlfriend and another woman in Eltingville, law-enforcement sources said yesterday.
John Doz allegedly menaced the two women with a knife and told them he was going to kill them inside a Thornycroft Avenue home on Sunday afternoon. Doz was charged with menacing, harassment and criminal possession of a weapon.
*** Cops in New Brighton caught a 28-year-old woman driving with a forged temporary license plate, law-enforcement sources said yesterday.
Shonique Smith is charged with forgery, criminal possession of a forged instrument and aggravated unlicensed operation.
