She said Christopher shoved her, then pulled out a box-cutter, put it to the back of her neck and cut her.
He then cut himself because he was afraid he’d be arrested and wanted to blame her, she said.
But Christopher told police that Venessa produced the box-cutter and slashed his neck, inflicting a wound that required 60 stitches. He said he then grabbed it away from her and put it to her neck, causing a minor cut.

Two other men, Blendi Hoxha, 30, and Florian Bequiri, 24, were also present and pummeled the victim before dragging him outside, cops said.
The three suspects then allegedly began clubbing the victim with metal objects, while kicking and punching him.
It was not immediately clear what sparked the attack. The victim suffered a broken shoulder bone, two broken ribs and two broken fingers.
When police arrested the three men at the social club on Monday they reported finding gambling devices.
