*** Police yesterday released this photo (above) of a man being sought in the fatal shooting of an Inwood resident in 2004.
The suspect, Rafael Deorbel, 22, got into an apparent drug-related dispute with Percio Estevez, 32, at the corner of West 204th Street and Post Avenue around 1 a.m. on March 1, cops said.
Deorbel allegedly pulled a gun and shot Estevez in the chest.
The victim died later at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital.
Deorbel was described as Hispanic, 5-foot-10, 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
*** Police yesterday were investigating an apparent bias incident in which a man found an anti-gay slur scrawled on the door of his Morningside Heights apartment.
The man on Monday found the scrawl, including the word “AIDS,” at his apartment at Manhattan Avenue and West 123rd Street.

*** A Canarsie man has been arrested for repeatedly harassing a woman, including at least one incident in which he exposed himself, authorities said yesterday.
The trouble began last May 5 when Nathan Hamilton, 29, went to the 32-year-old victim’s Remsen Avenue apartment in Canarsie and claimed her car was on fire, police sources said.
When the woman went outside to check, she found Hamilton’s brother’s vehicle ablaze, the sources said.
Between then and Jan. 31, Hamilton continued to harass the victim, banging on her window and ringing her doorbell on several occasions, sources said.
The victim contacted police several times, but Hamilton was able to elude cops.
Then, on Jan. 31, Hamilton exposed himself and masturbated in front of the victim at her home before fleeing, authorities said.
Hamilton was finally nabbed on Monday and charged with harassment and public lewdness.
*** An East New York man has been arrested for robbing a man at gunpoint and making off with his cash, credit cards and a wedding ring, authorities said yesterday.
Police sources said Shaun Green, 32, brandished a weapon and confronted his 40-year- old victim at Autumn Avenue near Blake Avenue about 6 p.m. on March 1.
Green pushed the victim against a gate and said, “You know what this is about,” sources said.
He then allegedly rifled the man’s pockets and took his wallet containing $60 and credit cards.
Green then snatched the man’s gold wedding band and fled, a source said.
The victim, who was not injured, ID’d Green in a police photo array.
Green was arrested Monday and charged with robbery, harassment and menacing.
It was not immediately clear if the stolen items were recovered.
QUEENS
*** Police were questioning a man yesterday in the fatal stabbing of his roommate in their Jackson Heights apartment.
Carlos Ixquiactap, 18, was arguing with the unnamed suspect in their basement apartment at about 1 a.m. when the assailant grabbed a long-bladed knife, police sources said.
The suspect stabbed Ixquiactap in the back and shoulder for reasons that remain unclear, cops said.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
*** Ethnic slurs were discovered scrawled in German on a billboard in a Jackson Heights subway station, police said yesterday.
The vandalism was discovered at the 46th Street station on the southbound G-train platform at 12:30 a.m. Monday.
