Lorenzo eventually surrendered to cops and was taken to Kings County Hospital for evaluation. The baby was OK.

Hurtado, who lived at 34-34 79th St. in Jackson Heights, allegedly stabbed Willy Joya, 24, in the stomach in August 1996 at the corner of 79th Street and Roosevelt Avenue. Joya later died at Elmhurst General Hospital. Hurtado was charged with second-degree murder.
