A 50-year-old NYPD employee was busted Wednesday for ripping off his condominium association in Staten Island, police sources said.

Dan Juliano was arrested at about 6:45 a.m. and charged with grand larceny for stealing $350,000, police sources said.

He works at One Police Plaza in Manhattan in the property clerk’s office, sources said.
