A woman was fatally stabbed early Tuesday in Brooklyn — and cops are looking for a female suspect who they believe attacked her.
The 37-year-old victim, who was not immediately identified pending family notification, was discovered with multiple stab wounds on Pitkin Avenue near Osborn Avenue in Brownsville around 3:15 a.m., police said.
She was rushed to Kings County Hospital Center, where she was pronounced dead.
The victim appeared to be trying to break up a dispute when her attacker approached her from behind, police sources said.
Police believe a female suspect fled the scene before officers arrived.
