A woman was stabbed to death in an apparent domestic incident in a Harlem apartment early Saturday — while three kids in the home went unharmed, police and sources said.

Marisol Duran, 32, had “multiple stab wounds” to her body when police responded to her 14th-floor apartment at the Johnson Houses at 165 E. 112th Street just before 6:30 a.m., cops said.

The children, ages 14, 12 and 4, were not hurt, police sources said.

Carmelo Castillo, 36, was taken into custody and charged with murder and endangering the welfare of a child, among other charges, police said.

One neighbor, who identified the man as Duran’s boyfriend, said she was “always with her kids.”

“It’s just so sad because it’s out of nowhere,” Jay Benitez said of the killing. “They were a quiet couple.”
