Police rescued an injured hawk Tuesday morning that was stranded in Brighton Beach.

The pair of NYPD Emergency Service Unit cops used a shirt to pull the bird to safety from the side of a building near the basement at 65 Oriental Boulevard just after 9:30 a.m.

The bird was taken to the 61st Precinct station house before it was handed over to a local animal group to be treated.
