An NYPD school safety agent has died from complications from COVID-19, bringing the number of fallen Finest to 11, officials announced Saturday.

Queens school safety officer Linosee Mosley, was a 26-year veteran of the force, Police Commissioner Dermot Shea tweeted.

“We have lost another member of our family,” he said. “Today, the entire NYPD mourns as our hearts go out to his family, friends & colleagues.

Mosley’s death comes just a day after the NYPD announced the coronavirus deaths of another two members, including fellow school safety agent Luis Albino.

The department continues to grapple with a rising number of first responders infected with the virus.

As of Friday, 1,839 NYPD employees had tested positive for the deadly disease — while another 6,695 had called out sick, representing over 18% of the uniformed force.
