A moped-riding creep is on the loose in Manhattan after attacking at least nine victims — including an 11-year-old girl — in a series of groping attacks, police said.
The sicko’s spree is believed to have begun on Aug. 2 at the intersection of Sixth Avenue and West 50th Street in Midtown — and his last reported attack was Monday in the East Village, according to cops.
In every instance, the assailant approaches his victims while riding a red and black moped then grabs their breasts without muttering a word, authorities said.
“It looks like the victims are random, but once he targets someone he circles around the victim before grabbing her,” Det. Rosita Williams, of the Manhattan Special Victims Division, told The Post.
“The last attack of a 20-year-old, he became bolder and reached under his victim’s shirt,” Williams said.

But as time passed, a pattern emerged and investigators realized they were after a serial groper.
The pervert appears to strike most in Lower Manhattan — with three reported attacks in the Lower East Side, two in the East Village and one in Nolita.
But he also roams uptown, with the assault in Midtown and two on the Upper West Side.
To date, his victims range in age from 11 to 31, police said.

“Women should be able to walk the streets of New York without fear of being sexually assaulted. The sooner we get him off the street the safer the city will be,” said Rodriguez.
