Cops are hunting the predator seen in this video who sexually attacked a woman in lower Manhattan.

The sicko pounced on his 23-year-old victim at 2:45 a.m. yesterday as she walked near the corner of Fulton and Cliff streets, police said.

The suspect — described as a 5-foot-6, 140-pound Hispanic male in his late 20s to early 30s — fled on Gold Street.

He was last seen wearing a light blue and white striped shirt, khaki pants and white sneakers.
