With the opening of Brooklyn’s Barclays Center, NYPD precinct lines have been withdrawn.

The stadium as well as the area around it are now the responsibility of the 78th Precinct, which will get a new contingent of rookie cops.

The arena will also hire a detail of off-duty officers and employ between 80 and 150 security guards.
