The NYPD on Wednesday released a trove of data about murders, rapes and other major offenses committed this year.

Top cop Bill Bratton said an online spreadsheet and interactive map would let New Yorkers “increase their awareness and knowledge of crime conditions around the city and in their local neighborhoods.”

A spokesman insisted the move was “not at all related” to Ray Kelly’s claims that stats were being fudged.
