Occupy Wall Street protester and runaway mom Stacey Hessler is back home and has let her lawyer take a no-jail deal in Manhattan Criminal Court.

Hessler, 39, left her husband and four kids behind in Deland, Fla., to join the movement with a Brooklyn waiter. “Military people leave their families all the time,” she said. “I’m fighting for a better world.”

She’s now back at her Deland address, according to a letter she sent the judge yesterday. Under the deal, Hessler’s Nov. 17 resisting-arrest and obstructing-traffic charges — for blocking pedestrians downtown — will be dismissed on Jan. 11 if she’s not arrested before then.
