The mom who ditched her family to join Occupy Wall Street got quiet at her civil trial against the city Wednesday when asked about an illicit relationship with another activist in Zuccotti Park.

“You reconnected with someone you had been intimately associated with in the park, correct?” city attorney Joshua Lax asked Stacey Hessler, 42, about her call to Rami Shamir in 2011.

Hessler sat stonefaced until Lax rephrased the question. She then answered, “Yes.”
