An off-duty cop who was busted after crashing his car into a concrete median admitted to a Queens judge that he was drinking and driving.

Brayan Terrazas pleaded guilty to a driving while impaired this morning for causing severe front end damage to his grey Nissan sedan near the intersection of Jackson and 43rd Avenues on July 8.

There were no injuries reported, but the 26-year-old NYPD veteran was suspended without pay by the force.

Queens Criminal Court Judge Gene Lopez sentenced Terrazas to a conditional discharge, suspended his New York State driver’s license for 90 days and $300 in fines.

Terrazas was also ordered to attend a victim impact panel program and take part in a drunk driving program
