An off-duty NYPD cop went into a wild rage at his girlfriend’s Brooklyn home on Tuesday, busting down a door and causing her to get stitches, law enforcement sources said.

Jason Holloway, 40, was arrested and charged with assault and criminal mischief, official said, for the alleged violent outburst at 2 a.m. inside the apartment of gal pal Shantell Bonner — who is a state corrections officer.

Bonner let Holloway into her home but when things got heated she ran into the bedroom and locked the door, law enforcement sources said.

He busted into the room and Bonner needed at least two stitches in her head from wounds suffered when the door came flying off, sources said.

Holloway is also the Police Benevolent Association delegate from the 88th Precinct in Brooklyn.
