An off-duty FDNY firefighter and his girlfriend were arrested in their Red Hook, Brooklyn home on Sunday morning — and charged with choking each other during a fight.

Firefighter James Samuel, 34, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and unlawful imprisonment. Esynce Ealey, 30, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, assault, and child endangerment, police said.

The two have a child in common, police said.
