An off-duty NYPD cop was busted for allegedly choking his ex-girlfriend during a fight in Queens late Sunday, authorities said.

Eric Ramos, 33, threw a frame off the wall, striking the 32-year-old woman in the hand, and put his hands around her throat, police said.

The exact location of the incident is unclear, but cops said Ramos was arrested in the confines of the 111th Precinct, which covers a northeastern section of the borough.

Authorities also did not know whether the woman was hospitalized.

Ramos was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, assault, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief, authorities said.
