You booze, you snooze, you lose.
An off-duty NYPD detective was busted for drunk driving after passing out in her idling car in a Brooklyn parking lot, police said Saturday.
Detective Lori Aanonsen, 37, was arrested after she was spotted sleeping behind the wheel of a running car in the parking lot of a 7-Eleven in Bay Ridge at about 5:30 p.m. Friday, officials said.
When cops questioned Aanonsen, they determined she was drunk, cops said.
The detective was charged with driving while intoxicated and refusal to take a breathalyzer test.
Aanonsen, who makes $97,324 annually with the NYPD, helped arrest over a dozen crooks for alleged illegal gambling tied to the Genovese crime family in 2016.
