An off-duty NYPD officer was charged with a perjury in relation to a personal civil case, cops said.

Miguel Cruz, 54, was arrested in Manhattan on Thursday and faced additional charges of filing a false instrument and tampering with physical evidence, according to police.
The arrest was not related to his work as an officer, sources said.
