An NYPD off-duty cop was injured in this car crash on Long Island Sunday, according to sources.

A vehicle plowed into the cop’s blue Infiniti on Franklin Avenue at Oak Drive in Franklin Square at 2:45 p.m.

The unidentified cop, who suffered a leg injury, was rushed to Winthrop University Hospital, and was in stable condition.
