An elderly Yonkers man accused of slamming a puppy onto a Bronx Street after dragging it out of a his car turned himself in to cops Tuesday morning, authorities said.

Loro Gjonaj, 77, allegedly pulled his female beagle puppy out of his white Lincoln Mark LT pickup truck and threw it onto the street at about 12:30 p.m. Sept. 17 on 182nd Street in Belmont.

The dog suffered a head injury and was treated by a veterinarian at an animal clinic, authorities said.

Gjonaj turned himself into cops at the 48 Precinct in The Bronx and was arrested on animal-torture and -abandonment charges.
