State Medicaid fraud probers say a woman with no medical training worked as a nurse at a Staten Island nursing home for four years.

Sharron Kimberly Phillip allegedly stole the identity of a licensed nurse with a similar name and duped her employment agency and the Golden Gate Rehabilitation Center into hiring her, court papers obtained by The Post reveal.

Posing as a nurse, Phillip administered medication, injected patients, treated wounds and performed other medical tasks from 2005 until her scam was discovered last month, according to a felony complaint filed by state Attorney General Andrew Cuomo’s office.

“The defendant . . . admits that she is not a nurse of any kind, and never received any education or training as a nurse,” Investigator Briane Dunne said in court papers.

Phillip was initially hired by the Brooklyn-based Competent Nursing Agency, which paid her over $50,000.

“It’s really shocking,” said Simi Jolly, a supervisor at the home. “I was her supervisor. She used to work with me. She was good. As a nurse, she did the work.”
