A fired dishwasher is suing Olive Garden, saying he was fired the chain restaurant’s Flatiron outpost for being too religious.

Muhammad Milhouse, of Brooklyn, who calls himself a “devout Christian,” was hired in September 2011.

He says in his Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit that he was given shifts that he couldn’t work because of religious services, then fired in March 2012 after complaining.

An Olive Garden spokesman said that the Florida-based company “strictly prohibits any form of discrimination.”
