A trio of thugs stabbed two men – one fatally – inside a Bronx housing project Friday morning, police sources said.

A 36-year-old man was fatally knifed three times in the torso, back and leg and a 30-year-old man was stabbed in his right thigh during a dispute at around 6 a.m. in the lobby of the Castle Hill Houses on Seward Avenue in Castle Hill, cops said.

The suspects, who were wearing hoodies, fled the scene, sources said.

Both men were taken to Jacobi Hospital where the 36-year-old man, whose name was not immediately released, died about an hour later.

The 30-year-old man was listed in stable condition.

Dennis Martinez, 50, was later arrested and charged with murder.
