A man was fatally shot in East Harlem early this afternoon and another was wounded, cops said.

A bicyclist shot the 35-year-old man in the left eye when he was sitting in a chair in front of the Jackie Robinson Houses on East 128th Street, near Lexington Avenue, at 12:15 p.m., cops said.

The biker also shot a 29-year-old man in the thigh, who was taken to Harlem Hospital. He then fled the scene.

Cops are not sure yet if there was another assailant with the shooter.

No arrests have been made so far, police said.
