One person died and two were injured after gunshots rang out in broad daylight in Upper Manhattan on Thursday, cops said.

Three men — two 27-year-olds and one 26-year-old — were discovered with gunshot wounds to the body when cops responded to 606 West 135th Street near Riverside Drive in Hamilton Heights at around 2 p.m., according to police.

Police believe the three victims and the gunman were involved in a dispute when the shooter opened fire before running away.

EMS rushed one of the 27-year-old men to New York Presbyterian/Columbia where he died, authorities said.

The two other victims were taken to St Luke’s were they were listed in stable condition.
