A five car pileup in the Bronx has left one person fighting for their life and 11 others injured in a Monday morning wreck, officials said.

Cops believe a drunk driver caused the horrific collision on the Major Deegan Expressway near East 161st Street around 3:20 a.m., sources said.

One person is listed in critical condition, another is in serious condition, and the rest suffered minor injuries. They are being treated at Lincoln Hospital, police and fire officials said.

The drunk driver is in police custody but has not yet been charged, cops said.
