One man was killed and two others wounded in an East Harlem shooting early Wednesday, authorities said.

The 37-year-old victim was blasted in the stomach at Lexington Avenue and East 126th Street around 1:15 a.m., police said.

He was rushed to Harlem Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Two other men, both 34, were shot at the same scene — both taken to Lenox Hill Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police described those victims as uncooperative.

The circumstances of the gun violence were not immediately clear.

Video from the scene shows a man in handcuffs, but cops did not confirm an arrest Wednesday morning.
