Osama’s bros duck 9/11 suit
A judge yesterday dismissed civil claims against five relatives of Osama bin Laden accused of helping fund the 9/11 terror attacks, on grounds that they don’t have sufficient ties to New York to be sued here.
The five Saudis — whom the plaintiffs say are all brothers of the al Qaeda leader — were among dozens of defendants targeted by relatives of victims killed in the destruction of the World Trade Center.
The plaintiffs’ lawyer, James Kreindler, said the ruling by Manhattan federal Judge George Daniels would be appealed.
