Sounding more like the wicked witch than a Bravo TV executive, Andy Cohen blamed a Staten Island fifth-grade choir’s rendition of “Over the Rainbow” for ruining Sunday’s Oscar telecast.

“It was the worst. I was looking for a knife to stick in my eyes, it was so terrible,” he said on MSNBC yesterday.

“The end of the Oscars is — we don’t want to see this. You just ruined everything,” said Cohen, the mind behind such sophisticated entertainment as the “Real Housewives” series.

Returning yesterday, the PS 22 chorus took Cohen to school.

“He’s so mean!” Abigail Sarfo, 10, said after landing at La Guardia Airport. “He should stop being so mean to us — we’re little kids!”

“Nobody says bad stuff about the chorus,” added Antonio Perez, 10. “He’s gonna get a piece of me!”
