A homeless Occupy Wall Street protester who beat charges of raping a woman near the South Street Seaport last year is now going to prison for three years for a separate rape a month earlier.

Jackie Barcliff, 44, had been cleared in the Seaport attack and was sentenced instead yesterday in Manhattan Supreme Court for the August 2012 statutory rape of a troubled, 14-year-old runaway.
