More than 700 Occupy Wall Street protesters yesterday were issued summonses with return dates set for tomorrow and into next week.
“It’s going to be awfully busy,” said Manhattan Criminal Court Administrative Judge Melissa Jackson.
Defense lawyer Martin Stolar said most of the summonses were for disorderly conduct.
