Overtime payouts to Port Authority employees have dramatically outpaced projections during the first three months of 2013 — with $309,000 in OT going to non-police workers.

Most of the increase for non-police employees is blamed on the continuing cleanup from Hurricane Sandy and snowstorms that affected area airports.
