“Cake Boss” — the popular cable-TV reality show set in a family-run Hoboken bakery — is opening an offshoot at the grimy Midtown bus depot. It is set to open later this year or early 2013.

The PA is hoping that the 2,774-square-foot Cake Boss branch will draw long lines of sweet-toothed travelers, just as the Hoboken hub has done.
