Nothing in the car of a Pace University football player killed by police in Westchester County shows he was out to cause trouble, one of his family’s lawyers said yesterday.

When investigators opened up Danroy “DJ” Henry’s car, they found a can of soda, a container of Gatorade and a toothbrush.

Henry’s family and friends have described him as “a totally normal, well-adjusted young man. Nothing . . . suggests the contrary,” said Michael Sussman, the family’s lawyer.

Meanwhile, the good Samaritan seen on amateur video performing CPR on Henry has been located, he said.

Henry, a 20-year-old defensive back, was gunned down early Oct. 17 outside a bar in Mount Pleasant. There are reports that he was legally drunk, but Sussman says blood tests aren’t yet complete.

Cops say they shot Henry, of North Easton, Mass., as he rammed his car into officers. Witnesses have said Henry drove off only because officers told him to.
