Tony Ginas, the 74-year-old owner of Tony’s Pizza and Coffee Shop, had to throw out an entire inventory of food and was shut down yesterday by the Department of Health.

“I don’t have anything!” cried Ginas, whom The Post found sitting atop a half-submerged Dumpster during the flood.

He was so fed up, he smoked in his shop despite strict DOH rules against it.

“What the hell are they going to do to me? I’m 74 and out of business!” he said.
