ALBANY — Buffalo mega-real estate developer Carl Paladino, who says he’s running for the GOP gubernatorial nomination along with Steve Levy and Rick Lazio, just released this video appeal to state Conservative Party leaders urging them not to endorse a candidate for governor at their meeting tomorrow. Paladino, widely known in the Western New York area for his hard-core conservative views, is vowing to spend $10 million of his personal fortune fighting for the GOP nomination.
