ALBANY — Buffalo real-estate tycoon Carl Paladino, who argued that his business acumen qualified him to be governor, has reportedly reneged on some $130,000 in campaign debts.

The Republican has stiffed about a dozen consultants, vendors and aides, the developer’s hometown Buffalo News reported over the weekend.

Several of those who contributed to Paladino’s disastrous Tea Party-backed run against Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo said the campaign has ignored expense vouchers and retroactively cut staff pay.

Paladino denied the allegations.
