A 2-year-old Staten Island boy was murdered and investigators are questioning the tragic toddler’s parents, cops said yesterday.

Josiah Taylor was found in his home on Mosel Avenue in Concord at 1 p.m. Tuesday, police said.

He was rushed to Staten Island University Hospital, where he died.

An autopsy yesterday revealed that Josiah suffered from battered-child syndrome, and his death was ruled a homicide, officials said.

No charges were immediately filed.

A neighbor was shocked to hear the horrible news, and said the boy’s mom appeared to be a caring parent.

“Wherever she went, the baby went,” said the neighbor.
