Paris Hilton made a rare appearance in a Manhattan court yesterday as her lawyers and reps for Le Bonitas, an Italian lingerie company she’s suing, were admonished by a judge for not reaching a settlement.

Hilton spoke only twice, to say, “Good afternoon” and later a “Thank you, Your Honor,” to federal Judge Alvin Hellerstein.

Hellerstein refused to rule on several pretrial motions, imploring the sides to reach a deal.
