Police busted a sticky-fingered alarm servicer for snatching more than $65,000 in pricey jewels from the wife of a top investment banker.

Alexander Cue, 33, with permission, entered the Park Avenue apartment of Marjorie and Jeffrey Rosen on Aug. 30.

Cue had permission to fix the alarm in the 14th-floor co-op.

Before leaving the apartment, he grabbed three rings, an $8,000 Tiffany wedding band and a watch worth $25,000 from a jewelry bag in a closet.

Cue was arrested Tuesday.

He’s scheduled to appear in Manhattan criminal court on Monday.
