The sweet-talking French “journalist” accused of a Riverside Park sex-crime spree last summer is also an alleged thief and squatter.

Hugues Akassy, 42, who is being held without bail on a litany of sex raps, was charged Monday with grand larceny and criminal trespass.

In the latest developments, a 38-year-old woman accused Akassy in 2009 of swiping her $3,000 coat. A year later, he was caught sleeping at a YMCA where he had been barred.
