A police officer and another person were injured after a Park Slope brownstone with a pending violation partially collapsed this morning, authorities said.

The four-story Brownstone at First Street and Seventh Avenue partially collapsed at 11:40 a.m., authorities said.

The nature of their injuries were not released but were described as minor. Both the cop and unidentified victim were taken to area hospitals.

The residence was slapped with a $2,500 fine just three months ago for a class-two violation, which is a major violation regarding building maintenance.
