A tidy swath of Brooklyn yesterday was named the first area in the city to benefit from a new program that reduces alternate-side parking rules on very clean streets.

Lucky vehicle owners in Windsor Terrace and Sunset Park will have to follow the rules only one day a week, starting in several months.
