State parole-board members yesterday denied infamous “Headless Body in Topless Bar’’ killer Charles Dingle’s bid for freedom from the Wende Correctional Facility outside Buffalo.

The three-person panel voted unanimously to keep Dingle — whose bloody 1983 rampage spawned The Post’s celebrated headline — jailed until at least December 2013.

It was the third time that Dingle has been denied parole.
