A parolee was busted Wednesday for allegedly shooting a man in the leg in East Harlem last month, cops said.
Mitchel Dale, 32, was charged with assault causing serious injury with a weapon, possession of a loaded firearm and criminal possession of a weapon, according to the NYPD.
Dale is accused of shooting a 29-year-old man in the leg once around 4:20 a.m. on Dec. 28 at 2164 Second Ave., police said.
The victim told cops he “heard shots, felt pain.”
It was unclear if he was the intended target.
Dale was on parole until 2021 on a prior conviction, the details of which were not immediately available.
