A New Jersey teacher is in hot water for letting underage kids drink and party at his house, according to reports.

Frank Melchiorre, 26, who teaches science at a Berkeley Heights HS, was slapped with pot and drug-paraphernalia charges, as well as one for providing alcohol to minors, according to WCBS/Channel 2 News.

He has been suspended.
