A teen thug was arrested yesterday and charged with gunning down guests at a Brooklyn house party, cops said.

Jonathan Thomas, 19, was charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon in Saturday’s bloodbath, in which one man was killed and seven others hurt.

Cops are investigating whether he acted alone.
